Flour Mills successfully completed the accreditation program for AS/NZS
ISO 9002:1994 on the 8th. October 1999.
Laucke Flour Mills
have always recognised that quality procedures are essential for any food
company and any business in general that takes pride in what it does.
We had maintained
the best focus possible on producing quality product for over 100 years
but it was also important to demonstrate to everyone that we don't just
rely on what we know will be good.
Laucke also decided
to seek accreditation as a means to properly formalize the systems of
maintaining quality and not just what we believe to be good practices
anyhow. We also accepted that scrutiny and transparency, and the ability
to accept critical analysis is the right path and a proactive way for
us to be the best flour milling company that we could be.
Our accreditation
is designed to deliver two "bottom lines" to you - our most
valued customer .
- A demonstrated
ability to provide a consistent product that meets your requirements
- A customer satisfaction
level that includes processes for continual improvement, the prevention
of non-conformity and the constantly evolving, effective application
of our quality management system.
It mightn't sound
overly exciting but it calls into question everything we do, how we do
it and how we will be looking at ourselves forever more.
We have developed a quality management system that will protect and enhance
the one thing we want to do very well which is satisfy our customers.
Laucke Flour Mills
wants to make the best quality flour any flour mill can and we want to
keep on supplying that quality product to you - our most valued customer.
ISO 9002:1994 was another way to achieve that goal and we wanted that.
We will always combine
that attention to detail with the passion we have for making the best
quality flour products we can . There was never any point in striving
for quality accreditation programs like ISO or Organic Certification
if you don't have the passion
to follow through on what must be done - everyday, and we have that passion
to follow through everyday.
