Yorkshire Pudding
1 Pint Milk
4 Eggs
4 Heaped Tablespoons Bakers Flour
Pinch Salt
Place all except milk in bowl with beater.
Mix on low slowly adding the milk to avoid lumps.
Scrape down and mix on 2nd gear for 10 minutes.
Cover and stand for one hour.
Stir again prior to pouring into baking dish.
Remove meat from roasting dish and pour batter into the dish and return to oven.
Or Preheat baking dish with dripping and pour batter into this and bake.
Bake at 180 Deg C until set.
