Basic Pasta Dough

| 180 g | Laucke Super White T00 Flour | 1⅛ cups |
| 50 g | Egg | 1 each |
| 30 g | Egg White | 2 tbsp |
| 20 ml | Sunflower Oil | 1 tbsp |
Method
Place the flour, egg and oil into a mixer, and mix to the desired consistency.
If too stiff, add a little water.
Process through a pasta machine.
