Basic Pasta Dough

180 g Laucke Super White T00 Flour 1.3 cups
50 g Egg 1 each
30 g Egg White 2 tbsp
20 ml Sunflower Oil 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Place the flour, egg and oil into a mixer and mix to the desired consistency.

  2. If too stiff add a little water.

  3. Process through a pasta machine.
