Chocolate Rainbow Slice

5 g | Cocoa Powder | 1 tbsp |
125 g | Butter (melted) | ½ cup |
400 g | Sweetened Condensed Milk | 1¼ cup |
45 g | Coconut | ⅖ cup |
150 g | Unsalted peanuts Roasted (Chopped) | 1 cup |
250 g | Smarties | 1⅛ cup |
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Prepare a 20 cm x 30 cm lamington pan with baking paper.
Combine the biscuit crumbs, cocoa powder and butter, and press into the base of the pan, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients mix well and spread over the base.
Baking time 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool in the pan.
Refrigerate before cutting.
