Chocolate Rolled Oat Cookies

200 g | Eggs | 4 x 50 g |
10 g | Vanilla Essence | ¾ tbsp |
640 g | Laucke Wallaby Flour | 4 cups |
10 g | Baking Powder | 2⅛ tsp |
14 g | Bicarbonate of Soda | 1 tbsp |
475 g | Rolled Oats | 5⅓ cups |
5 g | Salt | ¾ tsp |
700 g | Chocolate chips | 4 cups |
240 g | Grated Chocolate | 1⅓ cup |
450 g | Chopped nuts (own choice) | 3¼ cups |
Method
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Cream the butter and both sugars.
Add the eggs and vanilla, mix together with the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda.
Add the chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts.
Roll into balls and place onto prepared baking trays about 5 cm apart.
Baking time 10 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched.
Yield approximately 110.
