Coconut Petit Fours

20 g | Laucke Wallaby Flour | 1½ tbsp |
1 g | Baking Powder | ¼ tsp |
55 g | Egg | 1 x 55 g |
60 g | Milk | ¼ cup |
3 g | Vanilla Essence | ¼ tbsp |
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the coconut, sugar, sifted flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
Stir in the egg, milk and vanilla essence, and mix together well.
Roll the mixture into balls about the size of a walnut, pressing the mixture together well.
Place onto prepared trays.
Baking time 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield approximately 25 at 25 grams each.
