2,500 g Marzipan
1,250 g Sugar
10 g Egg

Method

  1. Mix the marzipan and sugar together until the sugar is fully combined.

  2. Add the eggs one at a time until a spreading consistency is achieved.

  3. Store covered in a refrigerator.
