Gluten Free Dinner Rolls

500 g Laucke Gluten Free Bread Mix 1 packet
350 g Water 30°C 1½ cups
6 g Yeast 2 tsp

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 215°C.

  2. Mix for 3 minutes, using a cake mixer.

  3. Using a greased muffin pan, half fill each cup with batter. For a standard muffin tray this will be approximately 50 g. Proof for 50 minutes.

  4. Bake at 215°C for 15 minutes.
