Gluten Free Dinner Rolls

| 500 g | Laucke Gluten Free Bread Mix | 1 packet |
| 350 g | Water 30°C | 1½ cups |
| 6 g | Yeast | 2 tsp |
Method
Preheat oven to 215°C.
Mix for 3 minutes, using a cake mixer.
Using a greased muffin pan, half fill each cup with batter. For a standard muffin tray this will be approximately 50 g. Proof for 50 minutes.
Bake at 215°C for 15 minutes.
