Gluten Free Hamburger Bun

347 g | Water @ 20°C | 1⅓ cups |
34 g | Caster Sugar | 5¾ tsp |
28 g | Canola Oil | 1⅞ tbsp |
3 g | Glycerine | ½ tsp |
Method
Preheat oven to 215°C.
Mix all ingredients on low speed for one minute, then medium speed for 2 minutes.
Proof for 20 minutes.
Place into Pie tin, batter weight approximately 70 g.
Bake at 215°C for 20 minutes.
