Gluten Free Hamburger Bun

500 g Laucke Easy Bakers Gluten Free Special White Mix 1 packet
347 g Water @ 20°C 1⅓ cups
34 g Caster Sugar 5¾ tsp
28 g Canola Oil 1⅞ tbsp
3 g Glycerine ½ tsp

Method

  1.  Preheat oven to 215°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients on low speed for one minute, then medium speed for 2 minutes.

  3. Proof for 20 minutes.

  4. Place into Pie tin, batter weight approximately 70 g.

  5. Bake at 215°C for 20 minutes.
