Gluten Free Hamburger Bun includes Chick Pea Flour

500 g Laucke Easy Bakers Gluten Free Special White Mix 1 packet
350 ml Water @ 30°C 1⅖ cups
24 g Caster Sugar 1⅘ tbsp
28 g Canola Oil 5 tsp
3 g Glycerine ½ tsp
5 g Chick Pea Flour 2½ tsp

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 215°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients on low speed for one minute, then medium speed for 2 minutes.

  3. Place into Pie tin, batter weight approximately 70 g. Proof for 30 minutes.

  4. Bake at 215°C for 15 minutes.
