Gluten Free Hamburger Buns - using Yeast Raised Bread Mix

500 g Laucke Yeast Raised Gluten Free Mix 1 packet
390 g Water 30°C 1½ cups
6 g Yeast 2 tsp
30 g Caster Sugar 2½ tbsp
30 g Canola Oil 2 tbsp
10 g Milk Powder 3¼ tsp

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 215°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes.

  3. Deposit into well oiled (gluten free) pie tins or foils.

  4. Proof for 50 minutes.

  5. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes at 215°C.
