Gluten Free Hi Top - using Laucke Easy Bakers Gluten Free Special White

500 g Laucke Easy Bakers Gluten Free Special White Bread mix 1 packet
380 g Water 30°C 1½ cups

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 215°C.

  2. Place in a mixer bowl and mix for 1 minute on low, scrape down sides, and then mix for a further 2 minutes.

  3. Deposit into well oiled (gluten free) 2 litre tins. Proof for 25 minutes.

  4. Bake at 215°C for 35 minutes.
