Gluten Free Lunch Roll

500 g Laucke Easy Bakers Gluten Free Special White Mix 1 packet
350 g Water 20°C 1⅖ cups
30 g Caster Sugar 2½ tbsp
30 g Canola Oil 2 tbsp

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 215°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute, then on medium setting for 2 minutes.

  3. Pour into hamburger bun tins, approximate batter weight 140 g.

  4. Proof for 20 minutes.

  5. Spray top with Vegetable Oil Spray.

  6. Bake at 215°C for 20 minutes.
