Gluten Free Pancakes

190 g Water ¾ cup
200 g Laucke Easy Bakers Gluten Free Special White ⅖ packet
20 g Sugar (Optional for a sweeter taste) ½ tbsp

Method

  1. Accurately weigh or measure the water, Gluten Free mix and optional sugar and combine in a bowl.

  2. Whisk until a smooth paste is formed.

  3. Heat a skillet or fry pan over low to medium heat.

  4. Once warm, grease lightly.

  5. Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter at a time for each pancake.

  6. Once pancake begins to bubble and the bottom turns golden brown, turn over and cook the other side.

  7. Serve warm or cold, topped with your favourite condiments.

Helpful Hints

  • Add more water for thinner pancakes or less water for a thicker style.
