Gluten Free Slider Roll

500 g Laucke Easy Bakers Gluten Free Special White Mix 1 packet
350 g Water at 30°C 1⅖ cups
34 g Caster Sugar 2½ tbsp
30 g Butter 2 tbsp
5 g Chick Pea Flour 2½ tsp

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 215°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients at slow speed for 1 minute, then on medium speed for 2 minutes.

  3. Using a greased large muffin pan, half fill the cups with batter. Proof for 25 minutes.

  4. Bake at 215°C for 15 minutes.

Helpful Hints

  • Do not allow batter to sit around, before placing in baking tins. Should be in tins within 10 minutes.
