Gluten Free Teff and Chia Toast

500 g Laucke Easy Bakers Gluten Free Special White Mix 1 packet
400 g Water @ 30°C 1⅓ cups
30 ml Olive Oil 1½ tbsp
50 g Teff 4 tbsp
15 g Chia 4 tsp
10 g Quinoa 2¾ tsp

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 215°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients on low speed for one minute, then on medium speed for 2 minutes.

  3. Place into a 2 litre loaf tin, and proof for 25 minutes.

  4. Bake at 215°C for 35 minutes.
