Gluten Free Wraps

200 g Gluten Free Special White Mix ⅖ packet
250 g Water for a thick wrap 1 cup
or
300 g Water for a thin wrap 1⅕ cups

Method

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, and whisk until a smooth paste is formed.

  2. Heat a skillet or fry pan over medium to low heat. Once warm, grease lightly.

  3. Pour approximately 1/3 cup of batter into the skillet or pan, and spread thinly to cover the base. Once the wrap has finished bubbling, and the bottom turns golden brown, turn over and fry the other side. When all the wraps have been cooked, remove the pan from the heat source, and leave on stove top.

  4. Once you have finished cooking the mixture, place all the wraps back in the pan and cover.

  5. Use to ‘wrap’ your favourite vegetables, salads and meats.
