Golden Brioche Savoury Scrolls

Delicious savoury snack using Golden Brioche Mix.

4 g | Yeast | 1 sachet |
230 ml | Lukewarm Water | |
Bacon | 2 rashes | |
Ham | 2 slices | |
Grated Cheese (Mozzeralla/Parmesan mix) | 2 cups | |
Method
Place 500g Golden Brioche Mix, 4g of yeast (1 sachet provided) and 230ml +/- 20ml lukewarm water into a mixing bowl.
BY HAND: Mix by hand for at least 10 minutes and knead until smooth and elastic. The formed dough can be moved to the bench top to complete the kneading if preferred.
OR DOMESTIC MIXER with dough hook. Mix for 2 minutes on low speed, then for another 10 minutes on medium speed.
OR BREAD MACHINE: Mix using the dough/pizza cycle.
Preheat the oven to 200º C.
Roll dough into a rectangle shape 5 mm thick.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, ham and bacon pieces.
Roll up as a scroll and cut at 3 cm intervals.Place cut side up on baking trays lined with baking paper, and prove approximately 25 minutes.
Baking at 200°C until light golden colour, for 15 - 20 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy.
