Honey Snaps

60 g Butter ¼ cup
90 g Honey ¼ cup
12 g Sugar 1 tbsp
200 g Cornflakes 6¾ cup
90 g Unsalted Peanuts 10 tbsp

Method

  1.  Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Place butter, honey and sugar into a saucepan, stir over medium heat until the butter has melted.

  3. Combine cornflakes and peanuts in a basin, pour butter and honey mix over and mix.

  4. Mix until the cornflakes and peanuts are well coated.

  5. Place paper cases into patty pans.

  6. Spoon tablespoonful’s into the paper cases.

  7. Baking temperature 180°C.

  8. Baking time 8 minutes.

  9. Allow the biscuits to stand for 15 minutes to become firm.

  10. Yield approximately 20 at 20 grams each.
