500 g CWA Scone Mix 1 packet
550 g Milk or Water 2⅕ cups
2 each Eggs 2 each
10 ml Vanilla Essence 2 tsp

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.

  2. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.

  3. Lightly oil a preheated frying pan.

  4. Pour a portion of the batter into the pan to create a 12 cm disc, or size to your preference.

  5. Lightly fry until base is golden brown, then turn over and complete.

  6. Serve with honey, or jam and cream.
