Pizza Dough - using Laucke Wallaby Bakers Flour

500 g Laucke Wallaby Bakers Flour 3⅛ cups
15 g Salt 1½ tsp
8 g Wallaby Bread Improver 3¼ tsp
10 g Wallaby Baker's Yeast - Dry 3⅓ tsp
30 g Olive Oil 6 tsp
280 g Water (25°C) 1⅛ cups

Method

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.

  2. Add oil and water, and knead into dough.

  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.

  4. Shape the dough into a ball, and lightly coat with olive oil.

  5. Place in warm area to rise double its size.

  6. Roll out to desired thickness, and add toppings.

  7. Bake at 200°C (Conventional Oven).
