Semolina Pasta Dough

125 g Laucke Special White “00” Flour ¾ cup
150 g Fine Semolina ⅘ cup
150 g Water ⅗ cup

Method

  1. Place the flour and semolina into a mixer, and mix for a few seconds.

  2. Gradually add the water until it forms a ball, and is the desired consistency.

  3. Process through a pasta machine.
