Celebrate Fermentation Event

A team of delegates enjoyed lunch at the Celebrate Fermentation event held at the beautiful Bress Winery, Harcourt VIC.

Held as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, these attendees were joined by food industry experts Mark Laucke - Laucke Flour Mills, Phillippa Grogan and Andrew O'Hara from Phillippa's Bakery, journalist & author Richard Cornish, wine writer Max Allen, Kate Howell a fermentation microbiologist researcher at Melbourne University and Robyn Wight from Ferment Frenzy Workshop.

Getting a jump start to achieving better health, these 'foodies' were able to learn and understand the many health benefits of eating fermented foods together with practical knowledge of making delicious fermented foods like sauerkraut and sourdough bread.
