Premixes are flour
based products that contain other essential ingredients to make a finished
product.
Premixes have become
popular in recent times due to the requirements for reliability of performance,
convenience, accuracy of recipe formulation and the need for faster preparation
times. Laucke Flour Mills have a wide range of premixes that simply require
water to complete and our emphasis in making them has been the same as
our flour production - best quality with minimal intervention. Laucke
premixes rely heavily on the inherent quality of our tightly designed
flours and carefully chosen ingredients. They do not depend on extra additives
or chemicals to compensate or create certain effects.
Our recipe formulations
and ingredients often appear quite simple but there has been very considerable
effort put into the formulations to make sure that this simplicity works
perfectly.

Singapore and Germany that lead us to think we make the best in the world!!
We definitely know
why our premixes perform the best. Once again it is the recognition of
each products individual needs to maximise performance, the attention
to detail of its purpose, its use and quality of each component.
We consciously avoid the use of additives and ingredients for "compensation"
purposes.
It is just not acceptable to Laucke to use an additive to hide a problem
or compensate for an inadequacy. We find these materials invariably detract
from the fresh attractiveness and acceptance of product anyhow.
