April Newsletter features Hot Cross Bun & Anzac Biscuit Recipes

Easter is nearly upon us and whether you’re going away or staying put, April is a great month for baking.

Our April eNewsletter featured recipes for Hot Cross Buns and Anzac Biscuits.

We also invited our loyal customers to share their Laucke recipes with us.

Let us know what you’ve been baking or any recipes you’re keen for us to pass on.
Our bakers will select two each month to feature on our website.
The first of these was from Laura Gilbertson. Laura sent in recipes for her traditional Vanochka Christmas Plait and Vanochka Easter Bread.
She commented, “Since I started using your flour to make our traditional Czech Easter bread, my family say it is the best ever! I use the same recipe for our traditional Christmas bread too. Traditionally served with butter and Plum Powidl (plum butter). Both recipes are made using your Crusty White Bread.”
