Laucke is proudly supporting a Sourdough Baking & Slow Craft Workshop being organised by Good Little Things and Sarah’s Sourdough Creations in Esperance WA.

Good Little Things is a creative business founded by Brittany Norton, creating hands-on workshops and experiences that bring people together through art, creativity and community. Sarah Piggott, the baker behind Sarah's Sourdough Creations, is passionate about making sourdough baking achievable for everyone, proving you don't need fancy equipment or years of experience to bake beautiful bread at home.

Together, they're hosting a Sourdough Baking & Slow Craft Workshop, where participants will learn the foundations of sourdough baking while enjoying mindful craft activities between dough folds. Guests will carve their own potato stamps to print custom designs onto a tea towel and bread bag before taking home their own prepared dough, handmade textiles, a beautifully illustrated sourdough guide created by Sarah filled with tips and tricks, and ongoing support after the workshop to help them confidently bake their first loaf at home.

“We're incredibly grateful to Laucke Flour for donating flour for the workshop. Their support allows us to introduce our community to the joy of sourdough baking using premium Australian flour, helping create a memorable day of creativity, connection and slow living.”
