Welcome to our new website.

Over the last few months we have been busy re-designing and upgrading the Laucke website. What you see is the first iteration of the new site. Hopefully you find it easy to navigate and interesting.

In this iteration the main upgrades are:

• The addition of catalogues showing information on all our Home Bakers Products and Professional Bakers Products
• The Home Baker products are all available for sale online.
• For Professional Bakers, there is an enquiry form that allows you to enquire about products and/or get up-to-date advice on each product.
• Our Milling Processes explained with easy to understand infographics on how we mill the good grain from our farmer partners to produce great flour for all your baking needs.

Over the next few months we will be adding:

• Easily searchable recipes and tips for Home Bakers.
• A 'Find your nearest stockist' function for each Home Baker product.
• Easily searchable technical information for Professional Bakers.
• More stories and baking inspiration about what our home bakers are doing and from our farmer and professional baker partners.

To help us with the continual improvement of the site we are keen to hear your ideas about what other information we can provide that will help inspire you with your home baking or the development of your bakery.
